This event showcases the wares of talented crafters from throughout the area, and gives visitors the chance to find one-of-a-kind items for their homes. The Craft Fair is conducted with an eye to helping savvy Christmas shoppers get an early start on their gift selections. The Fourth of July Celebration... Bartow celebrates Independence Day in the grand old fashioned way, with hours of family entertainment capped off by a dazzling display of fireworks. It is one of the largest Fourth of July events in Central Florida. The Bartow Youth Villa Classic Golf Tournament... This is a premier Memorial Day weekend golf event, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Florida Sheriffs Youth Villa in Bartow. The Crickette Club Halloween Parade and Carnival... Few towns the size of Bartow can boast an event which brings together so many youngsters and the young at heart in costumed revelry.

City Lights/Cypress Nights... Recognized by the American Bus Association as one of the top 100 events in North America, this initiative is a countywide tourism and Christmas decoration program to attract tourists to Polk County with its grand light displays and holiday celebrations. Sponsored by the Central Florida Visitors and Convention Bureau and area Chambers of Commerce, this program attracts hundreds of buses loaded with visitors to the area. Each participating city has a specific theme and Bartow is known as the "The City of Nostalgia." Come and enjoy the carriage rides through the beautifully decorated neighborhoods.

The Light Up Bartow Christmas Parade & Promenade... This event continues to grow each year, with its dozens of lighted floats which celebrate the approach of the Christmas season. Family entertainment, visits with Santa Claus, and a series of eclectic food booths make this a seasonal favorite for the many visitors.
